Tuning forks. I use this in sessions for chakra balancing, to soothe the nervous system in hypertonic regions and also for grounded by striking them and the placing them near the ears for a deep ohm sound. It brings presence and calm

BED WARMER:  think almost every client loves the table warmer. It is such a comforting way to settle in to relaxation before and during your session. I discovered a bed warmer several years ago and we always enjoy using it in the fall and winter months. I just turn it on when we get home from work and then turn it off when we get in bed. It soothes the back and the backs of my legs. I love it. I don't sleep with it on all night!

YOGA JELLIES. A consideration for your practice for wrist or knee pain. They are a great support prop for yoga or gentle mat movement

str-8n Up posture aide. There are a lot of posture aides out there, but this is one that both Brent and I own and like. Its washable, and seems best for static positions , such as prolonged sitting or standing. I start with 5 - 10 minutes and build from there.
