I specialize in creating unique and customized massage therapy experiences to address your individual goals.


I use a variety of global spa modalities that include gua sha for face and  body, Thai herbal poultice massage - face and body services,  body treatments blended with massage and gua sha, guided movement practices for relaxation and lymphatic health and lymphatic drainage services.

I start all of my appointments at the scheduled time that you book your service.

I request that new clients arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment start time to fill out paperwork, for our consultation and to discuss your goals, answer questions, use the restroom, change clothes,  get on table, etc. and so that you receive the complete appointment experience. 

 

I am unable to extend appointment times due to late arrivals for new or return clients.

 

For follow up appointments, it is only necessary to arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your service time.

I am an independent business owner within a shared co-op space. There are four treatment rooms within the building.

 

The building is black and brick with a large butterfly mural on the side of the building.  

 

Our business neighbors are the Do It Center, the UPS store is our neighbor to the right of our entrance on North Main Street, and Taninos is behind our building. 

 

The entrance is on North Main Street. 

There is no entry for the public in the back of the building.

what service should i pick?

  • What are your goals for receiving massage therapy?

  • Are you interested in a face, head, neck and back focused service, a full body focused service, or open to both? 

​​

  • Do you have a specific issue or region with tension but you also want to relax?

    • I recommend the Balance service, body gua sha, lucuma warming back massage and body gua sha, violet clay back massage and body gua sha or the Thai herbal poulitice massage for body unless your pain is jaw, face and neck oriented then we would bring in the facial poultice.

 

  • Are stress and anxiety impacting your life? 

    • I recommend ANY of my created service offerings for face and body.

  • Are you interested in creating shifts in the face without implementing botox or other injections, including decreased puffiness, shifting facial and jaw tension, relieving sinus pressure, lymphatic drainage and facial sculpting massage?

    • I recommend gua sha facial fusion with or without the poultice, body and facial gua sha, Thai herbal poultice face focused service or the lymphatic brush face focused service.

  • Are you post op and having trouble with swelling or pain? 

    • I recommend the lymphatic services.

  • Still unsure? Please reach out to me prior to your appointment so that we can have a consultation to meet your goals.

  • Please note: If you are looking for a practitioner to 'press as hard as possible' for your massage therapy session, I will not be the right practitioner to meet your needs.

  • Your appointment has been reserved specifically for you.

  • I request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. My policy allows you to cancel or reschedule with no fee when you offer more than 24 hours notice. 

  • There is a 50% fee of the reserved service due when you offer less than 24 hours advance notice for your cancellation or rescheduling request. An invoice will be emailed via Square ore venmo for this fee.

  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show".  This results in a full service fee due for the scheduled service. No show = not showing up for your appointment. Any fees you incur must be paid before a follow up appointment with me is scheduled.

  • If you are paying for your service with a gift certificate, the balance due for your late cancel/rescheduling or no show will be charged to your gift certificate and an invoice will be emailed for the missed service scheduled showing the gift certificate balance, or the balance due.

  • Please call or text 607-377-6391 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Texting is my prefered method for communication around cancellation and rescheduling over social media channels or email.
