The poultice massage experience incorporates 4 massage modalities based on the healing traditions of Thailand.

  4. Thai Stretching 

The body absorbs heat, herbs, + oils from the steamed poultice to help ease muscle aches + pains, alleviate stiff joints, stimulate circulation, facilitate lymphatic drainage + release stagnant energy in the body.


1. Revitalizing: A traditional blend of revitalizing herbs including ginger, lemongrass, & menthol to stimulate circulation, detoxify, and invigorate the senses.


2. Calming: Calm the mind and senses while your body is soothed with a blend of sweet basil, vetiver, and kaffir lime. Tension is slowly eased as aches and pains melt away. This holistic treatment improves mental clarity leaving a sense of wholesome well being.


3. Indigo: Experience the ancient healing art of Hmong shamans, used to treat muscular aches and pains. Indigo, the symbol of the Buddha of medicine is said to improve muscle tone and drain away toxins, while Eucalyptus, rosemary, and petit grain essential oils dissolve muscular tension, embracing you in an aura of calm and harmony


Linen bags are filled with organic herbs + oils that are tied into a tight pouch (poultice), steamed, and rhythmically kneaded into the musculature and rocked over the body.

Thai herbal poultice massage is a nurturing and therapeutic wellness experience.

After each application of the 1.herbal poultice to a region of your body i.e the back of your leg, you will experience 2. my traditional massage/aromatherapy to the region with complementary oils specific to the poultice of your choice. This is followed by 3. Royal Thai massage that focuses on specific points along the Thai energy Sen meridians, and 4. Thai Stretching for the legs, hips, neck and back.
